Investment, Deposit & Cancellation Terms

Global Love Coach Academy – Certification Training Retreats

At the Global Love Coach Academy, we honor your commitment to personal and professional growth. The following terms are designed to provide clarity, fairness, and peace of mind as you invest in your future of Love, Learning, and Transformation.

Tuition Investment & Deposit

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of US $1,000 is required upon registration to secure your place in the Certification Training Retreat.

Balance Due: The remaining tuition balance is due no later than one (1) week before the event start date.

Payment Plans: To increase accessibility, approved 3-pay and 6-pay installment options are available. All payment plans must be completed in full no later than one (1) week prior to the event start date. Certification will not be released until full tuition has been paid.

Tuition Refunds & Transfers

Refunds: Your tuition investment is fully refundable up to two (2) months before the start of the training, minus the non-refundable deposit of US $1,000.

Transfers: After the refund deadline, tuition payments become non-refundable but remain fully transferable to:
- A future Global Love Coach Academy Training Retreat

- A one-to-one Coaching programme offered by Adriane Venus
- A friend or colleague attending in your place (with written agreement)

Transfers must occur within one year from the original retreat date or as mutually agreed in writing.

Accommodation & Conference Package with Grün Resort

Deposit: A 50% deposit for accommodation and resort conference package is due at registration.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due one (1) week prior to the training start date.

Late Registration: For registrations made within two months of the retreat, the full accommodation and conference package payment is due alongside the tuition deposit.

Non-refundable Policy: Accommodation and resort payments are non-refundable within two months of the retreat start date.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, travel disruption, or unforeseen events. The Global Love Coach Academy is not responsible for any travel-related disruptions or expenses. This insurance is the responsibility of the participant and must be arranged independently.

Our Commitment

In the unlikely event that the Global Love Coach Academy needs to reschedule or cancel the training retreat, all payments made will be refunded in full, or may be transferred to a future retreat date of your choice.

Liability & Responsibility Disclaimer

Participants in the GLCA Love Coach Certification Retreat acknowledge that all activities (including yoga, pilates, dance, and coaching exercises) are undertaken voluntarily and at their own risk. The Global Love Coach Academy, its professional facilitators, and partners are fully qualified but are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred before, during, or after the training retreat. By participating, you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and well-being.

Code of Conduct & Participation Policy

The Global Love Coach Academy maintains high standards of conduct for all participants. By attending the retreat, you agree to:

- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared.

- Mutual Respect: Engage respectfully with others in all activities.

- Appropriate Conduct: Demonstrate appropriate behavior that contributes positively to the learning environment.

The Academy reserves the right to discontinue a participant’s involvement if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others or the learning environment. This may occur without a refund.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

By registering for the GLCA Love Coach Certification Retreat, you confirm that you are of sound health, mind, and body and take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the retreat. The program is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Participants are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider if they have any concerns about the physical, emotional, or psychological demands of the retreat activities.

Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

The Academy shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or travel bans. In such cases, all payments will be transferred to a future retreat date of your choice, and additional options (such as virtual participation) may be discussed.

Photography, Video & Media Release

By participating in the GLCA Love Coach Certification Retreat, you grant permission to the Academy to use photos, videos, and testimonials from the training for educational and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your image or testimonial to be used, please notify us in writing. A media release form will be provided for signature at the start of the retreat.

Intellectual Property & Certification

All course materials, methods, and content from the Love Coach Certification Retreat are the intellectual property of the Global Love Coach Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or taught without written consent. Certification is awarded upon full participation and completion of all requirements. Certification does not authorize participants to represent themselves as faculty or official partners of the Academy. There is no final exam included in this certification, and you are responsible for defining your own timeline for readiness to begin practicing as a certified Love Coach.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia, where the Global Love Coach Academy is legally registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will first be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, by courts located in Indonesia.

Payment Plans & Default Terms

Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon personal request. If a payment plan is approved, all scheduled payments must be completed prior to certification.

Late or Overdue Payments: Unpaid or overdue payments will result in delayed certification and restricted access to certain retreat benefits. Any overdue payment will prevent the awarding of your final certificate until the balance is paid in full.
